We ask for a 2-night minimum, except on major holidays when a 3–4 night minimum may apply. Check the listing details for any special requirements.

Book online directly with us for no fees, or with VRBO or AirBnB. To confirm your stay, the full reservation fee is due at booking. A refundable security deposit may be collected a week before arrival. If you have questions, Alexandra can walk you through the details.

Any remaining balance is automatically charged to your card on file about 14 days before check-in.

Life happens, and we try to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation windows vary by season and special events:

• Standard Season (Oct 1 – Apr 30): Cancel at least 14 days before arrival.

• Peak Season (May 1 – Sept 30): Cancel 45–60 days before arrival.

• OSU Event Weekends: Cancel 90 days before arrival (includes family weekends and football games).

• Graduation Weekends (May 30 – June 18): Cancel 6 months before arrival.

• Extended Stays: Cancel 60 days before arrival.

If a cancellation is made outside these windows, a $150 fee plus processing fees will be applied. Inside the cancellation window, rental payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the space. If we do re-book, we’ll refund you the rental amount (less the $150 fee).

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. If the home is ready earlier (around 2:00 pm), we’ll happily let you check in at no extra cost.

All of our homes are set up for easy self-check-in with a digital door lock. You’ll get directions, photos, and entry details by email and text before your arrival.

A few of our homes are dog-friendly (sorry, no cats). One small dog per stay is welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $65–$125 depending on the length of your stay.

We stock our homes with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• Customized welcome breakfast

• Fresh linens and towels

• Toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries

• Fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and spices

Some homes also have extras like firewood or a gas fireplace. Check your listing for details.

Yes! Every property includes Wi-Fi. You’ll receive the password in your welcome message, and it’s also posted inside the home.

All homes are strictly non-smoking inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed if you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
